Dashboard terms of use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern use of the Virtual Assistant service dashboard (app.asistente-virtual.net), owned by Syscad Sistemas y Servicios, S.L. ("SYSCAD"), whose details appear in the Legal notice.
They do not replace the service contract signed with each customer; they complement it. If anything here conflicts with that contract, the contract prevails. These terms do not cover prices, term or service levels.
By signing in to the dashboard with credentials, the user accepts these terms.
2. Who may access
The dashboard is for professional use only. Access is limited to people the customer has expressly authorised and for whom SYSCAD or the customer has created an account. Each account is personal: the customer is responsible for keeping access up to date and for requesting removal of accounts no longer needed.
3. Credentials and security
- Credentials are personal and non-transferable. They must not be shared or written down where others can see them.
- Users must choose a strong password and not reuse it on other services.
- If an account is suspected of being compromised, SYSCAD must be notified immediately and the password changed.
- SYSCAD will never ask for a password by phone, email or any other means. Any such request should be treated as attempted fraud.
- Sessions expire automatically after 12 hours. Signing out when finished is advisable, especially on shared computers.
4. Acceptable use
The dashboard must be used in accordance with the law, in good faith and under these terms. In particular, the following is not permitted:
- Accessing or attempting to access another customer's data, other people's accounts, or parts of the system not enabled.
- Penetration testing, scanning, reverse engineering, decompilation or bulk data extraction without SYSCAD's written authorisation.
- Deliberately overloading the service or interfering with its normal operation.
- Using the assistant to make or receive calls for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, for harassment, or for unsolicited commercial communications.
- Entering or connecting personal data without a valid legal basis for processing it.
- Impersonating another person or organisation in the assistant's configuration.
5. Customer data and content
The customer is responsible for the data entered in the dashboard or made available to the assistant, and warrants that it is entitled to process it. In particular, the customer must:
- Inform callers that the call is answered by an automated system and how their data is handled.
- Handle data subject requests received from those callers, as the controller.
- Review and keep current the assistant's configuration — greetings, hours, instructions, message recipients.
Call audio is not recorded. A written record of each call is kept, as detailed in section 5 of the Legal notice.
6. Integrations with other systems
The dashboard allows the assistant to be connected to the customer's own applications (ERP, CRM, ticketing, calendars). The customer configures those connections with their own credentials, and they are used only for the functions the customer enables in each integration.
The operation of those applications and the content they return are the responsibility of their owner or provider, not SYSCAD. The customer should revoke the credentials in their system when an integration is no longer used.
7. Availability and maintenance
SYSCAD may interrupt the service temporarily for maintenance, updates or security reasons, aiming to do so at times of lower impact and giving notice where a relevant interruption is planned. Any committed availability is the one in the contract.
8. Suspension of access
SYSCAD may immediately suspend an account, or the customer, on detecting use contrary to section 4, a security risk to the platform or to other customers, or non-payment under the terms of the contract. Where suspension is for security reasons, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
9. Changes to the service and to these terms
The service evolves: features may be added, changed or withdrawn. SYSCAD will avoid changes that reduce the contracted functionality. These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Madrid, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
The Spanish version of this text is the only binding one. Translations are provided for convenience only.
