Cookie policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Summary
This dashboard uses a single cookie, the one that keeps you signed in, and stores a few preferences in your own browser. There are no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and no resources are loaded from third-party servers. That is why you will not see a cookie banner asking for consent: none is required.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website stores in the browser and that the browser returns with subsequent requests. It allows the server, for example, to recognise that a request comes from an already authenticated session. Alongside cookies, browsers offer other local storage with a similar function, which is also described here.
3. Cookies used by this dashboard
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
sid | First-party, strictly necessary | Keeps the session open and identifies the user's requests after signing in. It contains only a random identifier; the server stores its hash, not the value. | 12 hours, or until sign-out |
The cookie is sent with the HttpOnly (not accessible from JavaScript), Secure (HTTPS only) and SameSite=Strict (not sent from other sites) attributes.
4. Preferences stored in the browser
Besides the cookie, the dashboard remembers some of the user's own choices in the browser's local storage. They are not sent to the server, do not identify anyone and are not used for profiling:
| Key | What for |
|---|---|
lang | The interface language chosen |
ag | The selected assistant, where there is more than one |
tab_… | The tab last opened on each screen |
rec_solo | Whether the message list is filtered to unread ones |
They stay in the browser until the site data is cleared.
5. Why consent is not requested
Article 22.2 of Spanish Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) requires consent to store information on the user's device, except where it is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user. The session cookie is essential in order to sign in, and the preferences above are chosen by the user inside the application. Both are exempt, so information alone is sufficient — which is what this page provides.
Should any non-exempt cookie be introduced in future — analytics, for instance — prior consent would be requested through the appropriate notice and this policy would be updated.
6. Third parties
The dashboard loads no resources from third-party servers: the typeface, the icons and every other file are served from the service's own server. No third party therefore receives the IP address or browsing data of anyone using the dashboard.
7. How to delete them
- Clicking Sign out destroys the session on the server and deletes the cookie.
- To delete the preferences as well, clear the site data in the browser settings: in Chrome and Edge, Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data; in Firefox, Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data; in Safari, Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Blocking cookies for this site makes signing in impossible: the session cookie is essential.
8. Updates
This policy will be updated whenever the cookies or storage used by the dashboard change. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
The Spanish version of this text is the only binding one. Translations are provided for convenience only.
